Position: General Labor - Multi Shift

Position Summary: We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team in Grand Rapids, as General Laborers. As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in our production process, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our facilities. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.

• Assist with the setup and operation of machinery and equipment.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or general labor role is preferred but not required.

• Ability to perform physical tasks that involve lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Flexibility to work multiple shifts as needed.

ResourceMFG is looking for hard-working individuals in the Belmont, MI area! These are temp to hire for the right candidates. We are looking for a TIG Welder.

3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am

Pay: $25/hour

Tasks to Perform:

• Production welds metal parts with gas welding equipment as specified by layout, welding diagram, or work order 
• TIG Welding 
• Must be able to pass a weld test as part of the interview process

Job Requirements:

• Steel toed shoes and safety glasses are required
• Assessments will be given
• Standing, bending, lifting is required

ResourceMFG is looking for hard-working individuals in the Belmont, MI area! These are temp to hire for the right candidates. We are looking for a Braze Operator.

3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am

Pay: $21/hour

Tasks to Perform:

• Good overall mechanical skills
• Previous heat treat or oven experience a plus
• Can read calipers, gages, able to read metric system
• Team player able to work with minimal supervision.

**Must be able to train on first shift for several weeks.
