 Printing Press Operator (12-Hour Rotating Shifts)

Join our team as a Printing Press Operator! We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals with prior machine operating experience who are flexible and able to work both day and night shifts.

Pay Rates:

• Day Shift (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM): $17.00/hr (starting shift)
• Overnight Shift (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM): $18.00/hr

Schedule:

• 12-hour rotating shifts
• Must be available to work both day and night shifts as business needs require

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor printing press equipment
• Read and accurately use a tape measure
• Match colors to production specifications
• Perform quality checks with strong attention to detail
• Troubleshoot press-related issues and make adjustments as needed
• Safely operate an electric pallet jack
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operator experience required
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
