Pay rates:

QA Tech $17.00

Plate room $18.70

Maintenance Tech $17.00+ (depending on experience)

Shifts:

QA Tech 8am-4pm

Plate room & maintenance Tech 8pm-8am

Requirements:

QA Tech: QA experience. Verbal communication, problem solving, supply management, Organization, filing, professionalism, meeting/planning, deadline-oriented, multi-tasking, data entry skills, attention to detail, & dependability. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality.

Plate room mounter: Verify plates match job traveler. Look for any defect in plates before mounting. Check spec sheet for changes or special instructions. Check spec before, during and after job is mounted. Verify each job is mounted correctly according to specs. Mount plates safely and accurately. Understand sticky back usage in relation to press operation. Label and properly store plates daily. Pull correct plates for job traveler. Strip sleeves/cylinders. Clean sleeves/cylinders. Correctly store cylinders/sleeves. Check for plate lift.

Maintenance tech: Requires the knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, electronics (PLC), heating ventilation, air conditioning, carpentry, welding, machining and fabricating. Requires proficiency in trouble shooting the before listed categories. Frequent talking and hearing. Verbal communication, , problem solving, supply management, Organization, filing, professionalism, meeting/planning, deadline-oriented, multi-tasking, data entry skills, attention to detail, & dependability. Ability to read, write and speak English. High School diploma required. This position supports Operations Department objectives by keeping production equipment operating efficiently. This position ensures Company facilities are maintained to Company standards for Safety and Efficiency.

• Matching Colors
• Trouble shooting press related issues
• Using Electric Pallet Jack

• Must have worked as a machine operator in the past able be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently
• Must be able to climb on ladders and not be afraid of heights
• Be able to work 12 hour shift and including both day and night shift
