Press Room Operators Wanted

 Shifts: 8am-8pm & 8pm-8am - Must be Flexible working both shifts

Day Shift $17.00/Hr   8am-8pm is the shift that you will start on

Overnight Shift: $18.70/hr

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE

• Read a Tape Measure
• Attention to Detail
• Operating Printing Press
• Matching Colors
• Trouble shooting press related issues
• Using Electric Pallet Jack

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be a self starter who thrives in a team environment
• Must have worked as a machine operator in the past able be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently
• Must be able to climb on ladders and not be afraid of heights
• Be able to work 12 hour shift and including both day and night shift

QC Inspector – 2nd Shift Temporary Assignment ,with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. 

Pay rate: $18

Location: Buford

Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Includes 3 weeks of training on 1st shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM)

• QC inspections and testing. Routine quality check of samples and production lines
• Production documentation preparation and Document control
• Root cause analysis and corrective actions. Monitors and follows up on corrective actions to ensure successful implementation and notify responsible personnel when corrective actions are delinquent
• Maintain paper and electronic records
• Maintain organized and efficient work flow and demonstrate high degree of accuracy
• Provide technical support to Operations and Management
• Able to prioritize and complete on-going tasks assigned by QC Manager
• Work collaboratively and safely in production and lab environment

Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative in Gainesville, GA

Mid Shift 11am-8pm *flexible to work other shifts and weekends, as needed.
Starting rate of $16.50. 
* Increase rate after training and bonuses based on performance.
* Additional incentive pay for working on weekends. 

Job Description:
•    High Volume calls. Taking about 60 phone calls a day
•    Bilingual (Spanish) Required
•    Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat.
•    Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
•    Resolve issues, process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently.
•    Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
•    Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
•    Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or managers.

Prior call center experience not needed, but its a plus. Experience with Microsoft programs is a plus.
