Job Duties:

Performs basic troubleshooting. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assemblies equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings. Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform basic checkouts. May rebuild manufacturing equipment. May perform equipment modifications under the direction of higher level technicians

Job Duties:

• Inspections of the product and ensure that they meet production standards. 
• Learn all the systems and databases that are used to complete transactions of finished goods and record data of all pass/fail results.
• Interpret and comprehend the MPI’s, Quality Checklists, and Cable Matrixes in order to perform final inspections.
• Complete daily audits of the manufacturing processes for non-conformances and quality control.
• Performs complex inspection procedures on all types of circuit boards (medium to large, complex double-sided) and assemblies to ensure quality levels are met at pre-ship and at the final stages of production.
•  Acts as final checkpoint for finished goods prior to being shipped to customer or end user.

Position: PC Tech 

Hours: Monday-Friday, 1st shift 

Requirements: 

Support of Zebra Rf barcode scanners.

Installation and troubleshooting of computer systems

Password resets in an Azure managed environment with multifactor support.

Capable of computer hardware and supporting windows 11 as well as associated computer peripherals.

Support a variety specialty of printers.

Physical activities will include walking, bending, stooping, climbing, and lifting.

On occasion, must be willing to climb ladders and perform as hands-feet for remote engineers.

Ability to troubleshoot basic network issues with common tools found within windows.

Flexibility to work overtime when needed.

Must be approachable and personable since this will be a customer facing position.

On occasion the use of a pallet jack.

Ability to lift 50 lbs over your head.
