We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Machine Operators and Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. Pay

• $18.50 – $19.00/hour for entry-level machine operators
• $20.00 – $24.00/hour for candidates with strong machine operating and manufacturing experience
• Overtime opportunities available

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 2-2-3 rotating schedule
  • Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days
  • Alternating schedule provides built-in days off throughout the month

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery and press equipment
• Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and specifications
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency and output
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance
• Assist with troubleshooting and minor machine repairs
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Experience operating presses, converting equipment, packaging machinery, or paper manufacturing equipment is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Are you an experienced Maintenance Mechanic looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a growing company? We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused professional to join our team in Dupo, Illinois!

 Pay: $32.00 per hour

 Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM ( on call as needed) 

Job Responsibilities

• Take charge of maintenance and repairs on all equipment and facility systems
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical breakdowns
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Organize and maintain the maintenance shop and parts inventory
• Conduct safety inspections and perform repairs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist in training apprentice mechanics as needed
• Be available for emergency call-in services when necessary
• Operate lift trucks and man lifts safely and effectively

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic
• Basic machine shop skills required
• MIG welding experience required
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety
