• As a Machine Operator, you will set up and operate conventional, special purpose, and numerical control (NC) machines and machining centers to fabricate metallic parts.
• 1st shift Monday - Friday / 7AM - 3:30PM
• Pay  $20.00
• 1. 1. Design and/or develop tolls, jigs, and fixtures used in production.

      

     1. Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work-piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.

      

     1. Measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points on material or work piece as guides for subsequent machining.

      

     1. Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders, and shapers.

      

     1. Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enters commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media.

      

     1. Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required.

      

     1. Verifies conformance of finished work-piece to specifications.

      

     1. Sets up and operates machine on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data.

      

     1. Fits and assembles parts into complete assembly.

This is a Performance -to Hire position

Shift - 8:30am - 5:00pm - Monday - Friday

Pay $17.00 per hour

You will perform duties  (cutting, mounting, laminating etc.)

Other job duties:

• Operate and maintain cutting plotters and roll laminators
• Package and quality control completed orders for shipment
• Assists Shipping and Receiving of all incoming and outgoing packages
• Read work work orders to determine instructions and specifications
• Maintain production records (notes, dates, initial, receipts)
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including but not limited to , trash removal, sweeping and general organizations
• Take weekly inventory of stock items and materials
