• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Setup, layout and operate various CNC lathes and/or mills
• Reads blueprint or job order for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances and tooling instructions such as fixtures, cutting speeds, depth of cut and determines sequence of operations.
• Selects, positions, and secures tool in tool holder.
• Positions and secures work piece in holding device, machine table, chuck, centers or fixtures.
• Moves controls to position tool and work piece in relation to each other, and to set specified feeds, speeds and depth of cut.
• Sets up fixture, starts machine.
• Performs any assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools.
• Adjusts, trim and fitting parts to close tolerances.
• May perform testing of assembled product.

We are seeking a skilled Assembler/Machinist to play a key role in the production and assembly of roll forming machines. This hybrid role combines machining expertise with hands-on mechanical assembly, and will involve both precision machining and the ability to put together complex machinery based on engineering blueprints and specifications. Key Responsibilities:

• Machining: Operate CNC and manual machines (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.) to produce high-precision parts for roll forming machines.
