Pay: Up to $23/hour

Locations: Fairfield, OH & West Chester, OH

Schedule: 1st & 2nd shifts available

Responsibilities:

• Operate cherry pickers, stand-up forklifts, and reach trucks safely and efficiently
• Pick, move, stock, stage, load, and unload products
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders
• Prepare orders for shipment with accuracy
• Perform daily equipment inspections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties

Requirements:

• Previous cherry picker, order picker, stand-up forklift, or reach truck experience preferred
• Ability to work at elevated heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude
• Basic RF scanner/computer experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

We are seeking a dependable General Labor / Material Handler to support our warehouse operations. This role primarily involves moving heavy materials throughout the facility to ensure efficient workflow and organization. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

SHIFT: M-F 5:30am-9:30am

Location: Sharonville, OH

PAY: $17.50

Temp-to-hire position

Key Responsibilities

• Move materials throughout the warehouse as needed
• Load, unload, and reposition items of varying sizes and weights
• Assist with organizing and staging materials for production or shipment
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move heavy items consistently throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (standing, walking, lifting)
• Previous warehouse or labor experience is a plus, but not required
