Key Responsibilities

• Installations: Perform electrical installations as part of the modular assembly process.

• Integration: Support electrical wiring and system integration within the facility.

• Start-Up: Assist in start-up and commissioning of modular data centers.

Working Conditions

• Environment: Factory setting with strict adherence to safety protocols.

• Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, kneel, bend, and work on ladders for extended periods.

• Overtime: Available and dependent on business needs and leadership approval.

Shifts Available (Monday–Thursday):

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Overview

Employbridge is hiring for an Inventory / Cycle Counter to support a global leader in energy management and automation solutions—ranked the world’s #1 most sustainable company.

In this role, you will help ensure inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, and system updates, supporting smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled cycle counts on inventory locations and products.

• Verify quantities and part numbers against system records.

• Investigate, document, and help resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Enter counts and adjustments into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Support inventory controls for receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping.

• Maintain organized, clearly labeled storage locations.

• Communicate shortages, issues, and process improvement ideas to leadership.

Working Conditions

• Environment: Warehouse setting with established safety protocols.

• Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb small ladders throughout the shift.

• Overtime: May be required based on business needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Inventory, cycle counting, or warehouse experience preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge; experience with scanners or WMS is a plus.

• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and basic math skills.

• Reliability, safety focus, and ability to follow SOPs.
