Job Opening: Electrical Assembler – Modular Data Centers
Location: West Chester
Pay: $25.50/hr — Up to $27/hr 
Schedule: Thursday–Saturday, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Three 12-hour shifts)

About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Assembler, where you'll play a critical role in building and commissioning cutting-edge prefab modular data centers. This position offers a unique three-day workweek that promotes work-life balance, with opportunities for overtime based on business volume.

Key Responsibilities
• Factory Acceptance Testing: Perform and witness tests to ensure quality and functionality
• Installations: Execute electrical installations during the assembly process
• Start-Up Works: Support commissioning and start-up of modular data centers
• Integration Support: Assist with integration solutions within the facility
• Maintenance & Repairs: Install, repair, and maintain electrical components of industrial equipment
• Team Collaboration: Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects
• Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols and adhere to electrical codes
• Technical Interpretation: Read and apply schematics and technical documents
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and ensure high standards are met

Job Requirements:

 Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Completion of an apprenticeship program or journeyman-level experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
• Ability to interpret schematics and technical documentation
• Physically capable of handling demanding tasks
