ProLogistix is hiring Fabricator Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Monroe, WA. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude who enjoy hands-on fabrication work, operating machinery, and contributing to a high-performing production team. You’ll be responsible for transforming raw materials into quality components using saws, presses, drills, and other fabrication equipment while following technical drawings and maintaining safety and productivity standards.

  • Pay: $20–$23/hr DOE
  • Shifts: 1st Shift (5:30am–2:00pm) | 2nd Shift (2:00pm–10:30pm)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Do

  • Transform raw materials and sub-assemblies using saws, presses, drills, and other fabrication equipment according to technical drawings.
  • Load and unload raw materials and WIP parts into tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate cuts, bends, holes, and other transformations.
  • Maintain high safety standards and complete assigned safety projects.
  • Meet hourly and daily productivity and quality targets.
  • Collaborate with facilities and maintenance teams to ensure equipment is maintained and operating efficiently.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure all fabricated parts meet specifications.
  • Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
