Job Description
In this role, you will operate an industrial tea-blending machine to prepare product according to production standards. Responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring a tea-blending machine

- Ensuring accuracy and consistency in each blend
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area

You’ll be responsible for transforming raw materials into quality components using saws, presses, drills, and other fabrication equipment while following technical drawings and maintaining safety and productivity standards.

- Shifts: 1st Shift (5:30am–2:00pm) | 2nd Shift (2:00pm–10:30pm)

What You’ll Do

- Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate cuts, bends, holes, and other transformations.
- Maintain high safety standards and complete assigned safety projects.
- Meet hourly and daily productivity and quality targets.
- Collaborate with facilities and maintenance teams to ensure equipment is maintained and operating efficiently.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all fabricated parts meet specifications.
- Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
