Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM $10

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM $11
  
  

We are hiring reliable and hardworking Packers and Repack Workers to join our team in Fabens, TX. This position is responsible for packaging, repackaging, and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards. If you're detail-oriented and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

• Pack and repack products according to company and customer specifications

• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues

• Label and seal boxes accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

• Meet production and efficiency targets as assigned

• Assist with other general labor duties as needed

Job Requirements:

• 
  No prior experience required; training will be provided

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly

• Willingness to work either day or night shift

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
