We are hiring experienced Quality Control Inspectors in McAllen, TX!

Schedule: Monday- Friday, Saturday

Starting pay: $11-12 per hour 

Weekly pay!

Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities:

• Monitor production processing via random Quality in process and final pack audits (Certify the product before closing the boxes)
• Conduct necessary quality inspections using proper equipment and techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspection results
• Ensure incoming materials and outgoing products are in compliance to required specifications
• Ensure production personnel are following proper procedure during production process.
• Availability to work on different shift, as required by the company.

Job Requirements:

Quality Control Inspector Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector.
• Advanced blueprint reading skills and basic math.
• Familiar with dimensional inspection gages and measurement equipment. (Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gage, Micro Vu, CMM, etc.).
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish 
• Organizational skills and time management.

We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in McAllen, TX

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 2nd shift, Weekends as needed

Pay: $17.75/hr., Weekly Pay

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations for fresh produce, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensure proper handling, rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and storage of perishable products
• Maintain cold-chain integrity across all warehouse processes
• Lead, train, schedule, and coach warehouse associates
• Enforce food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and company SOPs
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, FSMA, HACCP, and OSHA regulations
• Monitor inventory accuracy, shrink, spoilage, and damage
• Coordinate with quality assurance, transportation, and purchasing teams
• Oversee temperature-controlled environments (coolers, freezers, ripening rooms)
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, quality issues, and customer complaints
• Track productivity, labor utilization, and operational KPIs
• Promote a strong safety and food safety culture
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with GMP standards

Job Requirements:

Warehouse Supervisor Requirements:

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse setting, preferably in produce or food distribution
• Forklift Operator experience needed
• Bilingual- Fluent in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong leadership, excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies
• Strong understanding of perishable inventory management and cold storage operations
• Experience with WMS and inventory control systems

Pay: $12.50 per hour, Weekly pay!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3pm-1am.

*Must be able to work 5pm-5am when needed

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Stacking bundles of cardboard repetitively.
• Setting up machinery.
• Clearing out jam-ups.
• Keeping track of unit count.
• Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines. 
• Following production guidelines and specifications.
• Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.
• Following health and safety standards.
• Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse as machine operator in production.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
• Stand and perform repetitive movements for most of the workday.
• Must wear steel toe boots.
• Ability to work in a non climate controlled environment.
• Good communication skills.
