All Shifts ($16–$20/hr)
We are expanding our team and hiring Production and Machine Operators for all shifts. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to grow within a stable manufacturing environment and develop hands-on technical skills.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor production or machining equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow production guidelines and quality standards
- Assist with basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
- Work collaboratively with team members and shift leads
What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Willingness to work any assigned shift
Pay & Schedule
- $16–$20 per hour, based on experience
- All shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Running CNC machines — mills, lathes, or both
- Helping with setups — tool changes, offsets, getting jobs ready
- Checking parts — using calipers, micrometers, gauges
- Reading blueprints — following prints and tolerances
- Keeping machines clean — basic maintenance and daily checks
What We Need From You
- 1+ year CNC experience
- Ability to read prints and use measuring tools
- Good attention to detail
- Able to lift around 40 lbs and stay on your feet
Pay & Perks
