About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Crown Reach Truck Driver to join our warehouse team on 2nd shift. This position involves operating a Crown Reach Truck and picking orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Crown Reach Truck to move, stack, and retrieve materials

• Pick and prepare customer orders according to pick sheets or RF scanners

• Load/unload pallets and stage product for shipment

• Maintain accurate inventory handling and documentation

• Perform daily equipment inspections

• Keep work area clean and follow all safety standards

Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Candidates with both junior and senior-level experience are encouraged to apply.

Essential Functions

• Operate precision measuring equipment and interpret drawings.

• Perform mold and color changes according to scheduling requirements.

• Set, record, and maintain machine process parameters to ensure parts meet quality specifications.

• Inspect machinery daily to ensure all safety features are functioning properly.

• Train associates on safe work practices and ensure duties are performed safely.

• Perform periodic preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.

• Assign and train associates to meet established cycle times.

• Ensure associates produce and pack high-quality parts meeting weight and defect-free requirements.

• Identify opportunities for improvement in cycle times, labor efficiency, safety, housekeeping, and mold/color change processes.

• Record production activities and complete end-of-shift reports for the department manager.

   

Technical Abilities

• Perform work involving electrical wiring, codes, and electronic equipment.

• Repair and maintain auxiliary equipment including conveyors, compressors, HVAC, lift trucks, tape machines, stretch wrappers, balers, and other production support systems.

• Ability to service and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical equipment.

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

• PLC controls ability or programming experience is a plus.

• Diagnose, test, and replace faulty components on manufacturing equipment.

Safety Requirements

• Strong safety awareness and good housekeeping skills required.

• Must follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
