Job duties:

• Coordinate and prioritize daily outbound shipments to meet production schedules and customer delivery requirements

• Ensure orders are properly packed, labeled, and documented

• Prepare shipping paperwork including bills of lading, packing slips, and carrier documentation

• Schedule and coordinate freight shipments (LTL, FTL, and parcel)

• Track shipments and resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or damages

• Act as the point of contact for shipping operations during assigned shifts

Customer Service Representative

Pay: $18 - $23
Schedule: Monday–Friday

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. This is a phone-heavy role supporting customers, processing orders, and coordinating with internal production teams. For the right fit, exceptions may be made.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails professionally

• Assist with product selection, pricing, and order placement

• Troubleshoot product issues and resolve customer concerns

• Enter and manage orders in QuickBooks

• Coordinate with production and shipping teams

• Process order changes, returns, and refunds

• Maintain accurate customer records

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience

• Strong phone, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent time management

• Able to work independently and multitask

• Punctual and reliable (attendance is critical)

• Willing to work overtime when needed
