Customer Service Dispatcher

Large company in Corona is looking for a Customer Service Dispatcher with Construction background to add to their team!!

Schedule:8AM-4:30PM MONDAY- FRIDAY

Great Pay: $22-$23 (DOE)

Customer Service Dispatcher duties are:

• Coordinate and maintain customer delivery and will call schedule
• Assign drivers for scheduled deliveries
• Calculate product weight for delivery load capacity and weight restrictions
• Generate loading and delivery tickets and related shipping documents
• Verify load accuracy
• Assist with answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Assist customers with product inquiries, stock checks, order tracking and complaints
• Process customer credit card payments as needed
• Professional and friendly interaction with drivers, customers, and staff
• Assist with order entry, order returns and completes a variety of daily reports and clerical duties as needed
• Manage and maintain spreadsheet data for returns and deliveries
• Adheres to and promotes all required safety policies and procedures
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Must have minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Rep

Must have Construction background

Must be proficient in Excel and Word
