Pay Rate: $25.50/hour
Shift: Beginning of Week (BOW) | Monday – Wednesday | Three 11.5-hour shifts

Overview

Employbridge is hiring for an Electrical Assembler to join the world’s #1 most sustainable company—a global leader in energy management and automation solutions.
In this role, you will play a vital part in the assembly, wiring, and commissioning of prefab modular data centers, contributing directly to next-gen power and digital infrastructure in a safe, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Installations: Perform electrical installations as part of the modular assembly process.

• Integration: Support electrical wiring and system integration within the facility.

• Start-Up: Assist in start-up and commissioning of modular data centers.

Working Conditions

• Environment: Factory setting with strict adherence to safety protocols.

• Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, kneel, bend, and work on ladders for extended periods.

• Overtime: Available and dependent on business needs and leadership approval.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Ability to meet the physical requirements listed above

• Strong safety focus and attention to detail
