Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team and support daily accounting operations. This role offers excellent exposure to core accounting functions within a dynamic finance organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
• Process accounts payable transactions
• Execute accurate data entry and maintain accounting records in the systems
• Assist with month-end close procedures and journal entries
• Support audit requests and documentation requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, data analysis)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or co-op experience in accounting preferably but not required
