Shift/Pay:

  • 1st shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm | Monday - Friday
  • $17-$21 per hour, depending on experience 

 

 

Job Requirements:

Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical components according to drawings, work instructions, change orders, and other documents 
  • Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and dimensional measuring tools. 
  • Responsible for completing project specific documents, such as checkout sheets, test documents, and following project specific work instructions
  • Assist in testing and troubleshooting the operation of sub assemblies and/or machines to verify operation and conformance
  • Mount sensors, cameras, motors, and other electrical devices
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned (e.g., making of cable assemblies, electro-mechanical assemblies, shipping/receiving, performing light fabrication)

 

Mechanical Assembler Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a mechanical technician in a related industry required. 
  • Previous machine building experience preferred
  • Capability of performing a variety of mechanical assembly tasks, such as installing towel pins, measurements (calibers, gauges, tape measures)
  • Beginner level skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical assembly drawings, pneumatic schematics required

Job Requirements:

Electrical Technician Responsibilities:

  • Use hand tools, hand crimpers, wire cutters, wire strippers, electrical testing equipment, etc. 
  • Electro-mechanical assembly, wiring and testing of various electrical panels, new machinery wiring, labelling of all devices and wires, and various electrical assembly tasks related to custom machinery
  • Complete project specific documents such as check out sheets, test documents, and follow project specific work instructions
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned (i.e. making of cable assemblies, electro-mechanical assemblies, shipping & receiving, performing light fabrications, etc.)

Electrical Technician Qualifications:

  • 3+ continuous years of previous Industrial Control Panel and Machine wiring experience required
  • Previous experience in the bending/forming of "Rigid" and "EMT" conduits preferred
  • Knowledge of NEC, NFPA-70E and UL-508 standards preferred
  • Must be able to proficiently able to read and interpret electrical schematics and dimensioning layout drawings for installation/mounting of drives, servos, PC's LCS's, circuit breakers, transformers, relays, contractors, terminals, fuse boxes or any other required industrial control devices
  • Must be capable of using a drill, trap, and knock out punches in mounting process
  • Must be able to do point to point wiring of internal components such as Terminal Blocks, Relays, PLC's, Motor starters, Drives, etc. utilizing electrical schematics.
