We are in seek of experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) Forklift Operators for a distribution facility in the North Charlotte area. This is a well-rounded warehouse position that includes forklift operation, box assembly, and material handling.

Location: North Charlotte, NC

Pay: $19/hr

Hours: Mon – Fri, 7am – 5pm

Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move, stack, and organize pallets (2–3 high).
• Assemble heavy-duty cardboard boxes and lids, insert plastic liners, and prepare for filling.
• Connect hoses to trucks or rail cars to transfer plastic pellets into containers.
• Monitor and control pellet filling to ensure accurate weight (manual and automatic systems).
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, cleaning up any spilled pellets promptly.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Utilize the rf scanner to confirm product and track inventory.
• Load/unload freight from trucks. 

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent sit-down forklift experience.
• Experience with clamp attachment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.
• Dependable and willing to assist where needed.
