ResourceMFG has several opportunities for skilled Mechanical Assemblers in North Charlotte.

Shift: 6:30am - 4:30pm (Must be flexible; Could start as early as 4am as business needs)

Pay Rate: $19.00-$20.00/hr.

Skilled Mechanical Assembler Job Duties:

• Perform assembly of special units from engineering prints and blueprints.? 
• Use air impact-wrenches, assorted hand tools, drivers, and protective leaders, grease gun and indicators in assembly work
• Operate hand arbor presses, pneumatic and hydraulic presses for assembly of certain units. 
• Complete required documentation and report on daily work. 
• Perform quality inspection on materials and completed units to assure correct and complete assembly
• Assemble gear boxes using liquid nitrogen
• Package painted units while ensuring that all units are packed correctly, to include accurately matching labels and units

• 2 years of previous experience?in an assembly position is desired
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly desired
• Experience using power hand tools is desired.? 
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Proficiency in English language skills, including effective verbal and written communication.? 
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong work ethic, including the ability to be self-directed and self-motivate

Looking for Experienced PIPE FITTER for Mattews Area

• Plans, lays-out and fabricates full scale drawings of all types of piping systems
• Reads and understands blueprints, plans and specifications, visualizing two dimensional drawings in three dimensions.
• Develops complete understanding of contract plans and specifications by thoroughly reviewing drawings, blueprints and P&IDs from Piping Designers and/or customers.
• Plans, lays-out and assembles all types of piping systems, supports and related equipment, in accordance with those plans and specifications.
• Calculates dimensions, degrees, angles and length for fittings and pipe.
• Understands pipe sizes, types and related materials.
• Measures and marks pipes for cutting to specifications using tools such as saws, cutting torches and benders.
• Cuts and bores holes in structures, prior to pipe installation, using hand and power tools. •Utilizes all pipe fitting techniques and methods for different types of piping systems, pipe fittings and threaded fittings including butt weld and socket weld. •Plumbs and squares fittings.
• Prepares and cleans assembly for welding. •Confers with Piping Designer(s) to define and solve manufacturing/design issues. 

Job Requirements:

2 years pipe fitting experience required
