Job Description:

 Pay rate between $18-$20 per hour.

 Schedules:

  • 1st shift 7am-3pm
  • 2nd shift 3pm-11pm  
  • 3rd shift 11pm-7am  
  • Applying powder coating to raw materials using manual spray guns and automated spray booths.
  • Regulating machine temperature, air pressure, and flow of coatings.
  • Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed.
  • Preparing surfaces for paint by rubbing, sanding, filling, and masking.
  • Mixing and applying base coat, finish coat, and texture coat materials.
  • Operating paint equipment including paint ovens, spray washers, and paint pump equipment.
  • Maintaining and operating powder coat equipment and spray booth.
  • Sanding, polishing, washing, drying, and applying powder coat to product specifications.
