Bindery Operator 2 - Cutter * Set up, adjust and operate Polar Cutter and/or set up a variety of auxiliary binding machines containing several cutting heads, control surfaces or other attachments (i.e. folders, cutters, drills) which can be electromechanically combined with other equipment and devices to produce a complete bindery and finishing unit that processes printed sheets into final books, catalogs, manuals, directories, magazines or other completed products. Inspect equipment for safety issues. Monitor quality, output and productivity. * Working knowledge of the set up, adjustment, procedures, capabilities and limitations of equipment to perform the full range of standard and specialized folding or printed materials to complete a finished product.
Job Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret document job tickets, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Able to feed, stock, move, jog, arrange, unload and rotate items on/off bindery. Able to subtract multiply and divide all unitsHiring Event Wednesday February 25 – 10am-3pm.
