Description

What You'll Do:

• Selects fabrication equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding procedures.
• Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding.
• Sets up equipment and welds parts using Arc, Gas-Shielded Arc, or Gas Welding equipment.
• May assemble parts by bolting.
• Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping and reassembling parts. In some cases, fabrication equipment may be uses to perform the function above such as plate rolling machines, plate cutting machines, cutting torch or other welding fabrication equipment.
• Clean pole and welds as required
• Accountable and responsible for essential tools and equipment provided along w/ the maintaining of these tools and equipment.
• Within the scope of the job requirements, will be required to adhere and comply with state and federal law, the Company ISO Quality Program and procedures, Company policies and Safety and Environmental Regulations.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Two (2) or more years related welding experience
• Three (3) years’ experience working in a heavy manufacturing environment

PPE: Steel toes with metatarsal guards/safety glasses, they provide everything else

Job Requirements:

Brake Press Operator needed in Tulsa and Catoosa.

Shift: Monday- Friday or Monday - Thursday

Pay: $18 per hour

Duties:

Operate press brakes and CNC machines to bend and form metal sheets according to blueprints and technical drawings. 

Set up and calibrate equipment, including selecting and installing appropriate tooling and dies, adjusting machine settings for pressure and bending angles.

5:00am - 3:30pm

Pay: $28- $35 per hour based on experience

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Must be able to safely operate various machine tools; set-up and trouble-shooting skills required. 
• Shop equipment includes milling machines, lathes, saws, drill press, grinding equipment etc. 
• Must be able to perform inspection functions utilizing inspection and measuring equipment (such as calipers, micrometers, depth mics, drop indicators, pin gages, thread gages, profilometers, and functional gages). 
• Ability to use CMMs or optical comparator required.
• Must be able to build, assemble, and trouble shoot production progressive tooling with available customer requirements.

JOB ELEMENTS:

• Review specs, blueprints, and shop data; collaborate with engineering and shop staff to resolve design and manufacturing issues.
• Create preliminary sketches, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Calculate dimensions, plan layouts, and determine assembly methods and operation sequences.
• Set up and operate machine tools (lathes, mills, shapers, grinders) and verify part accuracy.
• Fit and assemble parts into complete assemblies, ensuring proper dimensions and alignment.
• Read wiring diagrams and hydraulic schematics; install electrical and hydraulic components.
• Troubleshoot dies, tools, jigs, and fixtures, recommending design improvements.
• Maintain tools, dies, and fixtures with accurate documentation and records.

We are Hiring 6G Pipe Welders 

 $500 Sign-on Bonus$ 

 Pay: $28-$35 per hour based on experience 

 Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 4:30pm, plus weekends when needed 

 • Pipe Welding: 2+ years TIG • Required to obtain weld certification to AWS/ANSI standards. The tests for pipe are an open root 3G MIG and fluxcore fill in cap test AND a 6G TIG root flux fill in cap on 2-inch schedule 160. The 3G test will need to pass visually before moving onto the 6G test. Test Takes 4 hours to complete

Job Requirements:

We are hiring 3G Vessel Welders needed in Catoosa, Oklahoma!

• Read and interpret blueprints, work order instructions, weld symbols, and 

 operate required tools involved in position.

• Must understand and follow the quality policy and procedures – detect defects.
