Position Details

Job Title: Production Packer
Location: Eloy, AZ
Shift Options:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Rates:

• $15.15/hour – Day Shift
• $16.15/hour – Night Shift

Payday: Every Friday

Schedule:

• Set schedule with no rotating shifts or surprises
• Reliable transportation is required

Job Duties

• Pack foam products and tableware into boxes and displays.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
• Maintain production standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with assembly line and packaging operations as needed.
• Support team goals to meet daily production targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly line, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be reliable and maintain good attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during a 12-hour shift.
• Must follow OSHA, company safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on production processes.
• Reliable transportation required.
