We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals for a fast-paced production and manufacturing environment in Eloy, AZ.

Pay Rates

• Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM): $15.15 per hour
• Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM): $16.15 per hour

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts available
• Day and night shifts needed
• Set schedule with consistent hours
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Reliable transportation is required

Job Responsibilities

• Pack foam products and tableware into boxes and displays on a production line
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain housekeeping standards and keep work areas clean and organized
• Support a safe, efficient, and productive work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly line environments preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
• Willingness to learn and be trained on job duties
• Strong attention to safety and workplace procedures
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area

Assistant Store Manager

Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Wednesdays and Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

About the Role

We are a nonprofit organization seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail operations. This position is ideal for a dependable leader with retail experience who is passionate about customer service, teamwork, and community impact.

The Assistant Store Manager will help oversee store operations, support volunteers, maintain merchandise standards, and assist in creating a positive shopping experience for customers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and overall store performance
• Support merchandise processing, pricing, stocking, and displays
• Coordinate donations and ensure proper handling of incoming items
• Assist with cash handling and register operations
• Train, support, and work alongside volunteers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Deliver outstanding customer service to shoppers and donors
• Promote store sales, special events, and featured merchandise
• Communicate policies, procedures, and updates effectively
• Support store leadership with operational needs as assigned

Qualifications

• Relevant supervisory or retail management experience required
• Retail experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and work effectively with volunteers
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
