1st Shift - Deep Cleaner

Job Posting:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Deep Cleaner to work inside an automotive manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for deep cleaning paint booths, machinery, equipment, floors, and other production areas. Candidates must be comfortable working in an industrial environment and around chemical and paint odors while following all safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Deep clean paint booths, including walls, floors, grates, windows, and filtration areas
• Clean and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment
• Sweep, scrub, and wax floors to meet safety and facility standards
• Remove dust, residue, paint overspray, and buildup
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Operate scrubbers, pressure washers, vacuums, mops, and hand tools
• Follow PPE, chemical handling, and lockout/tagout procedures
• Document completed tasks and report hazards or maintenance issues
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the facility

Work Environment:
This role is inside an active manufacturing facility with exposure to chemical and paint odors, noise, temperature changes, and enclosed spaces. PPE is required and provided.

Qualifications:

• Industrial or deep cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
