- Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
Job Duties Include:
- Receives, inspects, tests, and repairs customer returns to the component level in a prompt and timely manner.
- Receive and inspect customer returns per process.
- Data entry in spreadsheets and databases.
- Communicate with customer at a technical level via email and web application.
- Manage transactions through ERP systems and or other web based systems
- Mechanical disassembly/reassembly of customer units down to the PCB level.
- Troubleshoot and test customer products to the component level using digital multi-meter, power supplies and customer testing system (Spider) as required on the path to diagnosing and repairing product.
- SMT Soldering of components using a hot air rework station and soldering iron on customer equipment.
- There must be a focus on component level debug using schematics, multimeters, oscilloscopes or relevant test equipment but a multimeter at a minimum.
- Background in electronics debug, troubleshooting and repair, avionics technicians or a recent graduate holding an associate’s or bachelor’s in electronics engineering or electronics engineering technology or holding a diploma in electronics technology or a military background with the appropriate occupational specialty.
- Multitask multiple projects.

- Day shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
JOB SUMMARY:
Plans, organizes and monitors the receiving, storage, and distribution of all items received either from suppliers or productions shops ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so product and supplies are located and distributed to proper locations in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.
JOB EXPECTATIONS:
- Cherry Picker, and Stand up lift experience required.
- Plan, lay-out and maintain efficient warehouse. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Examine and inspect warehouse conditions and identify problems, inaccuracies, and cost saving measures. Take corrective action as needed.
- Not scared to get their hands dirty and will jump in to help the team if needed.
- Develop, recommend, and provide process improvement ideas to increase operational efficiency.
- Identify safety hazards and take all necessary corrective action to eliminate or minimize hazards.
- Ensure warehouse activities related to shipping, picking, and receiving are conducted in accordance with company policy and procedure.
- Inspect all shipping parcels for adequate packaging to prevent damage during shipment.
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned team members.
- Supervises up to twelve team members. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of team members.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies.
- Responsibilities include training, planning, assigning, and directing work; assisting in performance evaluations; assisting in rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Coach members of the team that are not achieving productivity targets.
- Assist and coordinate inventory and cycle count with DC Manager.
