Temp to Perm Opportunity

Payrate: $18/hr.

Shift: 2nd

  • Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm

This role is essential to ensuring that outgoing shipments are prepared accurately and efficiently for carrier pick-up.

  • Prepare pallets for shipment, including strapping, wrapping, and labeling.
  • Verify that all shipping paperwork is accurate and complete.
  • Apply PRO labels and ensure proper documentation is attached to each load.
  • Operate a stand-up forklift or pallet jack (experience preferred).
  • Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dock area.

 Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a shipping/receiving or dock environment is helpful.
  • Ability to operate or willingness to learn stand-up lift equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in labeling and documentation.
  • Dependable with **excellent attendance** and punctuality.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

  •  Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Shift:

  • Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

Job Duties Include:

  •  Apply conformal coating to PCBA boards using manual and automated processes
  •  Operate and monitor coating equipment and curing ovens
  •  Perform visual inspections to ensure coating quality and coverage
  •  Use computer systems for work instructions, documentation, and tracking
  •  Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
  •  Collaborate with team members and support cross-training in SMT and THT areas
  •  Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

 

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of PCBA components and handling
  • Proficient computer skills (data entry, work instructions, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Willingness to learn and cross-train in SMT/THT processes
  • Previous conformal coating experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
