Job Duties:
- Lead and manage QA/QC programs and projects
- Develop and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with SQF, FDA, HACCP, CGMP, and other standards
- Maintain and improve quality systems and documentation
- Train staff on quality protocols and best practices
- Collaborate across departments to resolve quality issues
- Oversee data accuracy and audit readiness
