We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Food Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality control efforts. If you have strong experience with SQF certification and food safety standards, and you're ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.

Job Duties:

  • Lead and manage QA/QC programs and projects
  • Develop and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with SQF, FDA, HACCP, CGMP, and other standards
  • Maintain and improve quality systems and documentation
  • Train staff on quality protocols and best practices
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve quality issues
  • Oversee data accuracy and audit readiness

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3–5+ years of SQF certification experience (required)
  • Proven leadership in quality assurance within the food industry
  • Strong knowledge of FDA, HACCP, CGMP, and quality systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
