We are looking for a hard-working production associate for the Brownsville area. To be successful as a production associate you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed, accuracy and strictly follow health and safety guidelines.
Shift:
2nd Shift – This shift has different in and out times. One day you might come in at 3pm, the next at 4pm, the next at 2:30pm.
Weekend availability is necessary. There will be a day off, but it will be during the week, on a weekday.
Pay:
The starting pay will be $11.75, with increase possibilities upon completion of the probationary period.

Production Associate Responsibilities:
- Following health and safety standards.
- Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
- Packaging products and ensure that items are undamaged.
- Following company guidelines and specifications for quality assurance.
- Monitoring the line and removing faulty products.
- Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
- Reporting any issues to the supervisor and leads on duty.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate electrical systems, devices, and controls.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Utilize a variety of tools and equipment, including power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment such as oscilloscopes and meters.
- Read, draw, and interpret electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and HVAC schematics, one-line diagrams, and control sequences of operations.
- Make sound decisions regarding components and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with other employees and officials, both verbally and in writing.
- Exhibit good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Maintain and troubleshoot PLC systems, including programming and wiring.
- Perform welding tasks using MIG and stick techniques; TIG experience is a plus.
- Operate cutting torches and other standard fabrication tools.
