About the Role:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Multiple shifts are available for general labor positions.

Long term temp to hire roles with weekly pay and benefits!

Position: General Labor

Shifts & Pay Rates

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM — $17.85/hr
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 6:30 AM — $18.28/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labor tasks including assembly, packaging, and material handling.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required

Production and packing work in the food industry- need to be comfortable wearing PPE and following GMP requirements.

Moderate to fast pace line work.

  • Tour and orientation before starting
  • Steel Toe Shoes
  • Plus to know Red Zone knowledge
  • Lift up to 50 lbs

•     Ability to operate a scanner for inventory and tracking
•     Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly

•     Basic inventory skills required (advanced inventory knowledge is a plus)
