• Supervises shop employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment: plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. Typical staff size is 20-35/1.

Product Builder Responsibilities

• Assemble small medical devices using small plastic pieces and small wires.
• Raises atypical observations and notifies management/quality as required.
• Identifies and raise opportunities for procedural improvements. Supports continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operate in a clean room environment within required gowning, aseptic behaviors, and proper flow procedures; performs general cleanroom housekeeping, including room and equipment cleaning(s), disposal of trash and recyclables, and adherence to 5S standards.
• Addresses corrections to all executed documentation in a timely manner to support lot release.
• Perform basic math skills

• 3rd: 11:00pm - 7:00am Monday to Friday. Some OT is required. 

Pay: $18.41/hr to $21.07/hr depending on experience and shift

Description: Operates machine/machines to hot compression mold parts of specific size and shape from blended raw materials.  Must be able to operate/run all equipment while ensuring quality, safety and production standards are accomplished.

Duties: 

• Adheres to all safety regulations and maintains a clean work environment.
• Reads routing card to verify weight, material and press cycle.
• General operation of press in accordance with Work Instructions.
• Records production via Hour by Hour Charts and ICARE Forms.
• Comply with all documentation of quality inspection sheets, ICARE, etc.

ResourceMFG is now hiring a Maintenance Technician at a local company in Bloomington. 

Shift: 6am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and OT on Friday.

Pay: $20 to $22 per hour based on experience. 

Line Lead: • Direct and assist on change-over processes • Develop and train new operators • Document performance metrics • Conduct quality inspection as specified and assure product meets specifications • Follow standard operating procedures in performing duties • Maintain an acceptable level of productivity after initial training period • Maintain inventory and production control integrity through proper completion of paperwork on scrap and production reporting Maint. Tech: • Repair of equipment such as automatic resistance welders, conveyor systems, forklifts, CNC wood working machines and packaging systems (Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Electrical/Electronic) • Machine setup and adjustments • MIG and stick welding • Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures • Working on damaged or faulty electrical wiring circuits • Maintaining the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly • Applying routine and preventative measures to the building and equipment to reduce the risk of future problems. • Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries

Shift Day & Time:

7:00AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday. Some hours may vary on 1st based on the job. 

Pay Rate:

$16 per hour. 

Job Description:

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic products.
• Adhere to procedures and work instructions, achieve hourly production rates and minimum quality standards as defined in the Quality Objectives.
• Understand and follow the production flow process, continuous development of knowledge relating to product type and model identification.
• Adhere to company policies and required attendance guidelines, follow all safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work space and inform Supervisor or Team Leader of recurring issues.
• Potential work in the shipping department when orders are needed. 
• Prepping product for shipment for a Indiana legacy.
