6:00 am to 3:00 pm

Monday to Friday plus weekends if needed.

Starting at $32 per hour or BOE.

Daily duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Trouble shoots equipment with CNC pneumatic and hydraulic controls
• Installs wiring, pneumatic and hydraulic controls
• Adjusts and calibrates machines
• Removes, replaces and or repairs machinery
• Takes work orders out of maintenance system and completes in a timely manner
• Completes parts requisitions in maintenance system with correct part numbers and vendors
• Insures all safety and lock out / tag out procedures are followed Initiates and participates in process improvements and is part of the implementation group Initiates self directed activities
• Responsible for parts inventory
• Job Function Under direction of the Maintenance Manager the Maintenance Technician. 

Job Requirements:

• Experience with CNC, Diagnosis and Repair of machinery.
• Adhere to GMPs
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Electrical License or minimum of industrial electrical experience. 
• Follow safety environment regulations.
• Self direction and initiative.
• Must be willing to do physical work including heavy lifting.

Now hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in the Mendota area.

DIRECT HIRE POSITION! 

Monday to Friday

6 am to 3pm 

$32 up to $35 per hour BOE

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Plans and coordinates the cabinet manufacturing processes using CNC machinery such as Homag StoreTeqs, SawTeqs, CentaTeqs, EdgeTeqs and other advanced woodworking machinery and technology.

·Responsible for: process improvements, implementing new technology products and equipment.

· Ensures all manufacturing processes are following all local, state and federal government laws and regulations

·Analyzes and plans workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency.

·Facility layout, process flow charts, production schedules

·Establishes performance standards.

·Confers with Manufacturing, Sales, Project Management and other staff to facilitate production.

·Troubleshoots problems and takes corrective action.

·Researches upgrades to existing equipment.

·Install and configure manufacturing software.

·Conduct training on European technology and equipment

·Serves as liaison with all equipment manufacturers

·Participates in long-range planning.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Engineering Principles as related to a Manufacturing Environment.

• Ability to investigate problems arising in Manufacturing areas and recommend corrective action.
