Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Pay Rate: $15–$16 per hour, paid weekly

• Package and label products
• Perform quality checks and verification
• Palatalize finished goods
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday.

2nd shift: 6pm to 6am. 

starting pay: $20.68 per hour.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Program computer with job order.
• Must have Printing Experience 
• Monitor process and edit as needed.
• Verify covers with stock # on profile to ensure correct cover goes to books to be bound, maintain a clean machine and glue pot.
• Log all profiles and quantities bound, perform other assigned duties.

Job Requirements:

• Steel toes shoes required to start.
• Must have Printing Experience 
• Must follow dress code policy.
• Must be able to work on your feet for 12 hours.
• must be able to communicate, write and read in English.

Machine Operator Needed for all shifts in St Charles!

Machine Operator will be in charge of operating several machines at the time (6:00 am – 2:30 pm, M-F, Weekends as needed) + $20/hr (base pay) + $0.75/hr (shift premium pay)

• 2^nd  (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, M-F, Weekends as needed) + $20.60/hr (base pay) + $0.75/hr (shift premium pay)
• 3^rd Shift Machine Operators (10:00 pm – 6:30 am, M-F, Weekends as needed) + $20.60/hr (base pay) + $1.50/hr (shift premium pay)

Set up equipment using computer controlled equipment o Record operational data accurately on specified forms o Clean and disassemble equipment, Prepare tooling for changeovers and perform machine changeovers, Obtain and run samples to test batch quality and cleanliness, Conduct cabin powder collection to reduce waste, Relieve co-workers for breaks, Maintain cleanliness of work station and meet 7S requirements, Follow Lean Manufacturing principles, Responsible for operation of extrusion machines, mill, sieve as needed assigned per management. 

Job Requirements:

• Must have manufacturing and machine operator experience, comfortable working in a powder environment, must understand/speak/write English.
• must comply with perfect attendance the first 90 days.
