Welders Needed in Union City, MI!

Multiple Shifts Available

Up To 23.00 Per Hour

A manufacturing facility in Union City, MI is looking for welders to join their team. This is a full-time position with a 90-day hire-in process. Once hired in, you will be eligible for quarterly bonuses, paid holidays, safety gear allowances, paid sick time, paid vacations, and more! 

Shifts: 2nd and 3rd, Monday - Friday

• 2nd Shift: 4:00pm - 2:30am
• 3rd Shift: 6:00pm - 5:30am
• Overtime is all voluntary on weekends

Job Requirements: 

• Lay out, position and fit together fabricated parts of metal according to work orders and blueprints
• Tack-weld pieces together and ensure proper identification of parts and materials
• Lay out and mark weld points on parts or subassemblies
• Position pieces to be welded into jigs or holding fixtures
• Inspection on all work

Experience Required: 

• At least 1 year of welding experience preferred
• If you have welding experience through trades, you are welcome to apply as well
• Must pass a  certified weld test
• Must pass a tape measure test

2nd Shift Assemblers Needed

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with reading and interpreting blueprints
• Metal fabrication experience required 
• Construction experience preferred 

Machinists Needed In Paw Paw, MI

1st Shift, Up To 32.00 Per Hour

In this role, you will use Cincinatti CNC machines, similar to Haas; Programming experience required, editing, modifying and ability to read blueprints.

Duties of a Machinist:

• Understand machining, shop math, blueprint reading, sketches, drawings, manuals, specification
• Perform routine maintenance to machinery
• Program mills and lathes, setting tool registers, offsets, calculating requirements (basic math, geometry, and trigonometry)
• Set-up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting three and four jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, stock and pushers
• Operating vertical mills, surface & OD grinders, boring mills, engine lathes, saws and drill presses 

Requirements: 

• Preferred - bring own small tools and tool box
• Able to meet deadlines
• Work individually and in a team environment
• Understand basic setups and working in a fast paced environment
• Blueprint, schematic reading and GD&T
• Mechanical knowledge, electrical wiring, hydraulics and pneumatics
• 1 - 3 years of machinist experience

Production Workers In Albion, MI. 

Pay: $19.00 per hour  All breaks and lunches will be paid!

Work Schedule: 2am – 2pm OR 2pm – 2am The schedule alternates 48 hours (4 days) one week, 36 hours (3 days) the following week. Must be able to work weekends.
