  • Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, labels, and export paperwork as required.
  • Schedule carrier pickups and deliveries with transportation providers.
  • Verify product quantities, packaging, and shipment accuracy before dispatch.
  • Maintain inventory and shipping records within ERP or warehouse management systems.
  • Communicate shipment status and resolve transportation-related issues.
  • Support production schedules by ensuring timely movement of materials and finished goods.
  • Monitor shipping costs and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, and customer claims.
  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel to optimize storage and shipping workflows.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician/Millwright to repair and maintain production machinery, equipment, and facility systems. This position requires experience in machine repair, welding, fabrication, pipefitting, and millwright work.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
  • Dismantle, inspect, repair, and reassemble machinery.
  • Maintain CNC machines, assembly lines, material handling systems, and lubrication equipment.
  • Replace worn or defective components and make adjustments to spindles, gearboxes, and clutches.
  • Repair hydraulic and air lines.
  • Fabricate, fit, and weld structural and machine components.
