This role requires attention to detail, consistent pacing, and the ability to follow standardized work instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Assemble, align, and adjust components according to specifications and standardized manufacturing procedures.
- Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and other assembly equipment to complete production tasks.
- Inspect work for defects at each step, ensuring quality standards and tolerances are met.
- Test and calibrate parts or assemblies as required.
- Maintain accurate daily production records and documentation.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
- Contribute to a team-focused environment by maintaining communication and supporting workflow needs
