    Location: Oakland, MS Base Pay: 11.00 per HOUR

    NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION: Performs various production and /or packaging related jobs including but not limited to: • Visually inspects product and bags of product and removes substandard product from the line. • Assembles and prepares bags and boxes for product. • Proper stacking and placement of finished cases on pallet. • Proper coding and sealing of bags and boxes. • Understands different case packs and weight ranges of product. • Performs line sanitations as directed. • Understands company quality standards for product defects and immediately reports excessive defect levels to the Team Leader. • Performs and records various production readings. • Assures that pallet label and sticker information is correct before affixing to the pallet and or product cases. • Monitors packing equipment to ensure everything is working correctly. • Able to life/maneuver cases weighing up to 40 pounds. • Communicates with your relief person or at shift change regarding any situations that have or may impact production operation. • Demonstrates good working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Sanitation Practices (GSP). • Performs work within company standards and efficiencies. • Follows all safety rules and regulations. • Performs all other work as assigned.

  • Mold Setter

    Location: Batesville, MS Base Pay: 13.00 per HOUR

    DESCRIPTION The goal of the Mold Setter is to provide expert support in the area of injection molding to the manufacturing operation. The role is required to maintain the control of processes in injection molding. This person also provides support to the execution of the production schedule including anything from component changes, setups and startups. This role reports to the Process Engineer and supports the Lead Operator. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITILIES • Responsible for all mold changes done per the production schedule • Responsible for the proper set-up of all molds and related functions such as watering of the mold, knockout, hot runner etc. for injection molding machines • Repair any fluid or air leaks relating to the mold • Responsible for the pulling and resetting of all mold halves, specifically for the purpose of mold repair • Monitors and prepares auxiliary equipment as needed in the production area • Maintains the orderly appearance of the mold storage area, including all end of arm tooling • Responsible for the orderly appearance of all mold-setting supplies including the removal of all supplies from the molding machines and immediate area • Adheres to all mold change policies • Coordinates and monitors the execution of the production schedule • Completes all necessary mold in/out paperwork. • Assists the Process Technician when needed; Verifies paperwork for jobs and completion of inspections at start up of jobs and in process inspections • Comply with all internal and OSHA required safety procedures • Trains back-ups Work Experience • Experience in a general manufacturing or warehouse environment • Have exposure to maintenance problems • Be familiar with controls on machines, robots and overhead cranes

    This job requires a great amount of physical labor and stamina. Carry out responsivities in accordance with company policies and procedures. Cleaning facility and equipment in proper sequence, and in a timely manner enabling pre-op inspections and set-up to begin on time.
