PACKER You will: • Be responsible for performing packing tasks to ensure all company procedures are met and production is operating efficiently. • Check all boxes to ensure packing standards are met and all date codes are correct. • Responsible for monitoring and handling of overflow product to minimize loss of product. • Responsible for communication with other departments to ensure efficient operation of the production process. • Maintain all records related to packaging. • Perform relief duty in other departments as needed. • Assist and train employees as needed • Be responsible for attending and participating in assigned training sessions related to GMPs, SOPs, HAACP and SQF; applying and demonstrating obtained knowledge and following all procedures and policies related to food safety. • Adhere to all safety guidelines for job performed • Responsible for meeting all quality, sanitation and production standards About you: • Ability to lift, pull and carry up to 40 pounds • Ability to work while standing for periods up to 2 hours • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, push and pull frequently • Ability to use Excel, Word and Outlook proficiently • Ability to read and understand documents and labels-related to cleaning and sanitizing • Ability to communicate, write legibly, and speak in English • Ability to perform each essential function satisfactory.     Runner/Shipping/Receiving: This position is a flexible combination position.  You will be responsible for the following:

    • Pick up of all finished product from each press
    • Verify part matches label description
    • Scan and mark off work order all finished product taken from each press
    • Weigh count finished product, when required, and place it in the proper location in the finished product aisle
    • deliver the proper packaging as needed to the presses
    • follow established pick up route
    • shrink wrapping and strapping products to ship
    • deliver packaging and remove any finished product from the assembly area
    • train back-ups
    • pull, prepare, stage, and combine orders by customer according to pick list
    • examine shipment and compare with records such as pick list and label to verify accuracy
    • prepare documents such as: pack list, bills of lading, and ASN according to customer specification
    • prepare orders as required using the mode of transportation specified by the customer
    • report finish good inventory discrepancies to appropriate department
    • unload material and other incoming products
    • deliver or route incoming material/products to appropriate location.
    • determine and arrange shipping methods, routes, or rates for material/products to be shipped
    • incoming material/product label is verified against pack slip for accuracy
    • record shipping data such as damages or discrepancies for reporting, purchasing, and accounting purposes
    • notify appropriate departments of incoming damages and/or discrepancies
    • maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
    • maintain and keep work area clean and orderly.
    • follow safety regulations
    • keep finished good warehouse organized
