Prep Cook Job Responsibilities:

• Move products, materials, or equipment between work area.
• Inspect food products and follow (FIFO) first in first out rotation of ingredients.
• Measure and weigh ingredients
• Record operational or production data.
• Operate pumping systems.
• Follow work orders and instructions on recipe cards.
• Operate roasters, chopper, and other food processing equipment.
• Use of handheld scan gun to issue material to jobs and move inventory in ERP system.
• Assist Kettle Cooks when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Prep Cook Job Requirements:

• Ability to read, write and speak English or Spanish
• Ability to lift 50Lbs.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Production Associate Job Details:

• Associate will be working in a cleanroom environment manufacturing medical equipment (IV bags). 
• Production associates are cross trained in various departments that require head to toe medical gowning.
• Inspect components, materials, documents and final products either as inherent part of the production process or off line. Performs activities specified in batch record and SOP's. Sample and evaluate product per defined methods, recognizes action levels and notifies area specialist and supervisor if out of limits.
• Perform and document lot changes, line clearances, production processes and cleaning operations.
• Identify non-conforming product (rejects).
• Achieve established labor standards for the respective tasks.
• Provide information and feedback on commodity and process issues. Ensures quality products are delivered to subsequent processes.
• Work in a team environment to coordinate activities, solve problems and effectively communicate. Adapt to changes in a constructive manner. Participation in area improvements, cost reductions, and meetings. Provide information and feedback on commodity and process issues. Ensures quality products are delivered to subsequent processes.
• Adhere to cGMP guidelines, SOP's and plant policies/rules.
• All other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor or manager.
• Able to evaluate process, product and equipment performance based on prescribed procedures. 
• Work with team members to reach consensus to optimize quality, cost, compliance, customer service and safety.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required, to include working in the outside elements for material disposition.

The Admin Assistant will be responsible for running reports through excel each day to send out to the customers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership abilities and a commitment to safety and quality.

Admin Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Providing support and ensuring all administrative tasks are complete on time or ahead of schedule, in a professional, customer service oriented and quality-focused manner.
• Maintaining highly confidential information and files and be responsible for time sensitive material
• Preparing routine and complex correspondence, reports and presentations often using Microsoft Office
• Monitoring incoming purchase orders and entering material expected dates into the system.
• Assisting the fulfillment coordinator with downloading orders and inputting data into our system.
• Monthly invoicing and KPI Reporting.
• Coordinating with the site manager on any supplies that needs to be ordered for the facility.
