    Production Associate Job Details:

    • Associate will be working in a cleanroom environment manufacturing medical equipment (IV bags). 
    • Production associates are cross trained in various departments that require head to toe medical gowning.
    • Inspect components, materials, documents and final products either as inherent part of the production process or off line. Performs activities specified in batch record and SOP's. Sample and evaluate product per defined methods, recognizes action levels and notifies area specialist and supervisor if out of limits.
    • Perform and document lot changes, line clearances, production processes and cleaning operations.
    • Identify non-conforming product (rejects).
    • Achieve established labor standards for the respective tasks.
    • Provide information and feedback on commodity and process issues. Ensures quality products are delivered to subsequent processes.
    • Work in a team environment to coordinate activities, solve problems and effectively communicate. Adapt to changes in a constructive manner. Participation in area improvements, cost reductions, and meetings. Provide information and feedback on commodity and process issues. Ensures quality products are delivered to subsequent processes.
    • Adhere to cGMP guidelines, SOP's and plant policies/rules.
    • All other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor or manager.
    • Able to evaluate process, product and equipment performance based on prescribed procedures. 
    • Work with team members to reach consensus to optimize quality, cost, compliance, customer service and safety.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned or required, to include working in the outside elements for material disposition.

    Electronic Test Technician Job Requirements:

    • Programs, debugs, and operates testing equipment.
    • Directs and exercises control over operational, functional, and performance phases of test operations.
    • Confers with personnel to resolve testing issues such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, and data interpretation.
    • Analyzes and interprets test data and prepares technical reports.
    • Collects and shares test yields and data.
    • Develops or uses computer software and hardware to conduct tests on circuit boards.
    • Ensures that all products that require tests are tested properly and in accordance with the test specifications.
    • Determines conditions under which tests are to be conducted.

    Fabricator Job Responsibilities:

    • Company will provide training

    CNC Machinist Job Responsibilities:

    • Review program specifications or blueprints to determine and set machine operations and sequencing, finished work piece dimensions, or numerical control sequences.
    • Set up and operate computer controlled machines or machine functions on fiberglass, aluminum, plastic, and steel. This includes programming the machine control instructions manually into control unit to start operation. Creates setup sheet to follow part guidelines to be saved as a PDF file for future programming. Calculate machine speed and feed rations and size and position of cuts. Mount, install, align and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and work pieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
    • Modify machine operation and control panel displays and compare readings to specification to detect malfunctions. Adjust machine feed and speed, change cutting tools or adjust machine controls when automatic programming is faulty. Listen to machines during operation to detect sounds such as those made by dull cutting tools or excessive vibration and adjust machines to compensate for problem. Confer with Senior CNC Machinist to resolve broken or worn machine malfunctions or production errors or to obtain approval to continue production.
    • Check to ensure that work pieces are properly lubricated and cooled during machine operation.
    • Stop machines to remove finished work pieces or to change tooling setup, or work pieces placement, according to required machine instruments. Remove and replace dull cutting tools.
    • Measure dimensions of finished work pieces ( first pass quality ) to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures. Performs quality checks on piece parts and deburr parts as required.

    Shift Lead Job Responsibilities:

    • Shift Lead is responsible to blend, load and document raw material (Resin/colors/additives/etc.) to ensure always plentiful and if applicable has correct incoming moisture as per relevant SOP. Never allow Surge Bin to run low unless job is nearing completion. As well, is responsible for checking job status on cell table, and assist in any job start up as per relevant SOP.
    • Ensure machines are cycling on nominal cycle time (reference WI) with little to no downtime.  Troubleshooting basic issues. Start/Shut down machines and auxiliary equipment as required. Understand Injection molding process, Basic understanding of process variables, material drying and how process works, melt flow and what affects the melt flow and different plastics and their common process conditions. Understand 1st Article process. Ensure process parameters are within operating window. 
    • Test injection molded articles for mechanical, dimensional and visual aspects, while monitoring and documenting ALL corresponding process parameters into database per relevant SOP
    • Ensure that FG pallets are packed out as per relevant SOP and WI. Documentation should be completed as per relevant SOP and WI. 
    • Perform daily preventative maintenance as per relevant SOP.  Document all maintenance work performed including starting and finishing times, as well as inventory on parts and supplies involved in each repair, as per relevant SOP.

    Quality Control Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for all activities involving quality control and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
    • Accurately interprets various types of documents, schematics, component markings and mechanical drawings.
    • Works under a microscope for extended periods of time and possesses familiarity with standard electronic inspection concepts.
    • Conducts product inspections and reviews data and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
    • Maintains records of inspections and inspection results; fills out non-conforming material reports for products which do not meet standards.
    • Inspects reworked product and keeps the quality supervisor informed of any trends or activities in the process which may affect product quality.
    • Maintains knowledge of quality assurance and quality control concepts relative to inspection, IPC standards and record keeping procedures.
    • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    • Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance.
    • Completes tasks correctly within a fast paced environment while paying close attention to detail.
    • Follows policies and procedures according to company policy.
    • Able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and goals.

    Brake Press Machine Operator Job Details:

    • Review program specifications or blueprints to determine and set machine operations and sequencing, finishing work dimensions or numerical control sequences. Input initial part dimensions into machine control panels
    • Mount, install, align and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and works pieces on machines, using hand tools. Remove and replace punch hand dies.
    • Monitor Machine operation and control panels' displays and compare readings to specifications to detect malfunctions.
    • Modify programs to account for problems encountered during operations.
    • Stop machine to remove finished work pieces or to change tolling setup, or work piece placement, according to required machining sequences. Lift work pieces to machines manually or with add of another team member.
    • Implement changes to machine programs and enter new specifications, using computers. Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures.
