Production Associates needed for a plastics company in N. Austin.


The Production Associate supports the injection molding operation by operating molding machines and performing secondary tasks to ensure consistent, high-quality production. Responsibilities include loading and unloading parts, inspecting products for defects, trimming or packaging molded components, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The role requires following work instructions, quality standards, and safety guidelines while meeting production targets. Production Associates work closely with supervisors and team members to support efficient manufacturing operations.


Shift: 11 pm to 7 am Monday thru Friday

Pay: $16.50 per hour

As a Production Associate, you play a key role in assembling, testing, and validating the hardware that enables our client's mission.

You will work directly on production lines, operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain the high standards of quality and efficiency that define our client's manufacturing.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building things, solving problems on the fly, and contributing to a mission with global impact.

Production Associate Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components

Operate production equipment, tools, and fixtures safely and efficiently

Perform inspections, functional tests, and quality checks on finished assemblies

Identify and communicate issues related to materials, tooling, or processes

Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, test results, and production data

Support continuous improvement efforts to increase throughput and reduce defects

Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve production challenges

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

 

Shift: 3:30 pm to 2 am. Monday - Friday

Pay: $18 an hour
