Position Overview:

As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in assembling, testing, and validating the hardware that enables company’s mission. You’ll work directly on production lines, operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain the high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities:

-Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components for company's hardware.

Production Operator Assembler Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble cockpit components (bracket mounting, wiring harness connection) using pneumatic tools (torque guns) and manual tools. 
• Follow SOPs and torque specifications for precision assembly. 
• Conduct self-inspection and functional tests (screen activation, button response) per IATF 16949 requirements. 
• Document defects and support rework/scrap processes. 
• Wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves) and comply with LOTO procedures. 
• Report hazards during daily safety briefings. 
• Perform tool checks and basic maintenance; maintain 5S standards at workstations. 
• Work in sync with production line cycle time (Takt Time) to minimize downtime. 
• Submit improvement ideas (error-proofing, process optimization).
