Production Associates needed for a plastics company in N. Austin.

The Production Associate supports the injection molding operation by operating molding machines and performing secondary tasks to ensure consistent, high-quality production. Responsibilities include loading and unloading parts, inspecting products for defects, trimming or packaging molded components, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The role requires following work instructions, quality standards, and safety guidelines while meeting production targets. Production Associates work closely with supervisors and team members to support efficient manufacturing operations.

Shift: 11 pm to 7 am Monday thru Friday

Pay: $16.50 per hour

You’ll work directly on production lines, operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain the high standards of quality and efficiency that define SpaceX manufacturing.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building things, solving problems on the fly, and contributing to a mission with global impact.
