1st, 2nd 3rd shift available:

Monday to Friday!

7am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday (West Chicago)

3:15 pm -11:45 pm (west Chicago)

10:30 pm to 7am.

2pm to 10:30 pm (St Charles) 

• All equipment, tools and work space in the Plating Department should be cleaned, maintained, and used properly
• Prepare tanks by removing residue, checking anodes, and making necessary additions.
• Setting proper temperatures and cycle times.
• Prepare the surface of the board through various cleaning processes.
• Verify quality requirements to finished product.
• Operator may be trained on the following processes as deemed necessary: Black Oxide, Deburr, Desmear/Electroless Copper, Pattern Plating, Nickel/Gold, Black Hole, Etchers, Silver and Resist Strip.
• Performs other duties as necessary or as requested by production management 
• Must attend work in a timely manner (on schedule); when unable to work on time, must call Attendance Line and supervisor/manager
• Working extended hours when required 
• Use equipment safely.
• Performs other duties as necessary or as requested by production management.
• Training for all shift is conducted on 1st shift. (8am to 4:30 pm)

Now hiring an Order Entry Specialists in West Chicago/Wheaton area!

1st shift- Monday to Friday!

8am to 5 pm

Pay range from $21 to $22 per hour.

• The ideal candidate will use their superior knowledge of Global’ s products and processes to enter our more complex projects including Contracts, 3rd party bill orders, showroom and tradeshow orders. 
• Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement to the submittal and entry process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Enter NEW Purchase Orders. · Process XML, EDI, SIF and PDF Orders. · Coordinate with the appropriate Customer Care team to ensure specialty accounts are entered correctly.
• Enter Parts-Express (w/cost) · May Process high dollar orders. · May Process specialized orders – such as GSA/ Contracts and Evolve.
• Work with OE lead to ensure all orders are proofed prior to release from Hold(s)
• Initiate Addendum Process.
• Conduct final QA of Orders prior to release.
• Release Orders into Production.
• Cancel/Revise PO prior to release (on hold / QA Check)
• Correspond with Secondary Review Team (credit hold)
• Correspond with Proforma Team (CIA / deposit)
• File Documents in accordance with local guidelines.
• Provides training and assistance to Order Entry Representatives.
• Additional Duties as Assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Qualifications include: · High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• at least three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience or military equivalent.
• · Articulate email, fax and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner.
• · Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Immediate hire for a Cleaner in St Charles!

1st shift (6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed)

Starting pay $19.33/hr 

• Associate will be in charge of cleaning, dusting production floor, using Zamboni machine(buffer machine) 
• organize floor keeping it clear from safety hazards.
• clean restrooms and offices as needed. 
• Collect all trash and dispose.

(must have similar manufacturing or working in similar industry experience – see the attached for a job description, experience using the Zamboni experience preferred, able and comfortable with heights to use the scissor lift, ability to take initiative and self-starter attitude)
