Key Responsibilities

• Commit to working safely and following all safety rules and regulations
• Keep production areas clean, including sweeping and removing debris
• Feed or place items onto equipment for processing
• Load and unload items from machinery
• Interpret and follow written work instructions
• Close caps and assemble small boxes
• Perform general warehouse duties
• Assist other departments as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable work history and attendance
• Solid reading comprehension
• Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, night shift, and occasional weekends
• Comfortable working in extreme temperatures, dusty or noisy environments, and while wearing safety gear
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, and perform labor-intensive tasks

Position Overview

This role is responsible for preparing, moving, and maintaining sheet bales to support continuous machine operation. Successful candidates will have production experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain pace in a physically active environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare bales of sheets for production
• Remove and discard strapping and/or dunnage
• Move sheets from bales to feeder at the pace of the machine to ensure continuous operation
• Maintain clean and organized housekeeping in the work center throughout the shift
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Perform additional duties as needed to support production flow
