We are a growing manufacturing company that manufactures, distributes, and sells branded Cosmetics including lotions, sanitizers, and creams. We are committed to quality, and and skill growth for our employees. We are currently seeking Production Associates to join our first shift team.

Job Description
As a Production Associate, you will support dail manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.

Job Responsibilities
Assist in the production cosmetics
Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment
Measure, mix, and handle ingredients according to production specifications
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet safety and quality standards
Label, package, and prepare finished products for distribution
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment following food safety guidelines
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and safety procedures
Communicate issues or equipment concerns to supervisors

Previous manufacturing and production experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
Willingness to follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
Reliable attendance and ability to work first shift hours
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
