Project Manager Job Duties:

• Manage ongoing projects.
• Bid jobs, sale projects. 
• Ensure crew has appropriate project materials.
• Direct and coordinate the purchase of project materials.
• Coordinate and schedule activities of subcontractors.
• Review daily reports, subcontractor activities, vendor invoices, and any job costs reports.
• Ensure safety meetings are being conducted, proper PPE being worn, site postings and inspections are being done.

Job Requirements:

Job Qualification as a Project Manager:

• 3 or more years recent work experience a project manager or leader
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in oil and gas.
• AMPP Certification and/or corrosion control experience preferred.  
• Proficient in Microsoft outlook, excel and word.
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to read and understand technical schematics and SOPs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift.

• Ability to work in indoors/outdoors

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently

Assistant Superintendent-Construction Job Duties:

• Manage ongoing projects and on-site construction team. 
• Assist the Superintendent by coordinating and overseeing all work on site. 
• Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with the client and team.
• Direct and coordinate the purchase of project materials.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate and schedule activities of subcontractors.
• Review daily reports, subcontractor activities, vendor invoices, and any job costs reports.
• Ensure safety meetings are being conducted, proper PPE being worn, site postings and inspections are being done.
• Report to the superintendent.

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements as a Assistant Superintendent-Construction:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Foreman or equivalent role, in the construction industry.
• Must have a vast knowledge of the construction industry.
• Have experience in job safety requirements, planning and scheduling building trades.  
• Proficient in Microsoft outlook, excel and word.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift.
