•  Daily duties include, invoice entry approximately 150 invoices per week depending on deliveries. Process a weekly check run.

• Timely and precise invoice entry is extremely important in this position. Keeping track of daily attendance for all employees and vacation hours. Submitting payroll once a week.  Handles all petty cash distribution, as well as diesel cash and  responsible for balancing and replenishing the petty cash box. Process expense reports monthly, along with month end reports and bank reconciliations.
