We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operator to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor SMT equipment, including pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens.
- Load components and materials needed for production runs.
- Inspect circuit boards and components for quality and accuracy.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment or production issues.
- Perform machine changeovers and basic equipment adjustments as needed.
- Verify materials, part numbers, and production documentation before starting jobs.
- Follow work instructions, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate production records and data entries.
- Work closely with quality, engineering, and production teams to meet manufacturing goals.

Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials, parts, and products and place them into inventory.
