Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Production Technician II - Night Shift. In this role, you will operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment while ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
No previous manufacturing experience is required. We provide training for the role. However, candidates should have prior experience working night shifts, graveyard shifts, rotating schedules, or other non-traditional work hours, as this position requires working overnight in a fast-paced production environment.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to work instructions and process specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.
- Review product specifications and production requirements using manufacturing software systems.
- Record production data, equipment information, and process measurements accurately.
- Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of equipment.
- Use precision measuring instruments to verify product specifications.
- Follow all quality, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
- Complete required training, certifications, and qualifications.
- Participate in safety programs, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ability to work a night shift schedule on a consistent basis.
- Previous experience working overnight, graveyard, rotating, or extended-hour shifts.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn manufacturing systems.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- A good understanding of hand tools.
Preferred
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience operating equipment, machinery, or working in industrial environments.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) or quality systems is beneficial.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, gripping, and handling materials.
- Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, and cleanroom attire when necessary.
- Ability to work safely around chemicals and manufacturing equipment in accordance with established procedures.
