ResourceMFG is looking for a Machinist for aleading machine shop specialized in manufacturing high-quality machine parts and components for various industries.
Temp to hire
Hours: 7am to 4pm
Hourly rate: $32 an hour
Responsibilities:
Operating CNC machines: Setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC machines to perform machining operations on work with close tolerances and finish specifications. Reads and interprets blueprints and design sketches to determine the specifications, dimensions and tolerance levels of the finished product.
· Programming: Programming CNC machines using Fanuc Controls or G Code
· Maintenance: Performing preventative maintenance on CNC machines and keeping the equipment and work area clean and safe
· Quality control: Inspecting parts and instruments for defects and ensuring they meet specifications utilizes precision measuring instruments to check the accuracy and quality of machined parts.
· Problem solving: Solving problems that arise in routine situations and referring more complex problems to a supervisor
· Documentation: Completing required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
· Process improvement: Participating in efforts to improve processes, product flow, and work standards
· Act as a champion of the company's Lean and Continuous Improvement programs.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in one or more of the following MasterCAM, Fusion or Solid works.
· Experience working independently in a shop environment.
· Demonstrated ability to read blueprints as well as the ability to use, operate and apply a range of precision inspection instruments and devices, e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gages, etc.
· Demonstrated verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and basic math skills.?
· General computer skills are necessary
· Must be a highly organized self-managed individual who works with minimum supervision and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment a plus.

We are seeking an entry-level Full Stack Developer to support the development and maintenance of internal web applications that improve production efficiency, optimize data flow, and support critical operations within our manufacturing facility.
- 6 month temp project
- Pay Rate $28 – $32 per hour
- Hybrid hours work 2 days on site per week with 3 days work from home.
- Must live in the local area, as the role requires working onsite in Albuquerque two days a week and is not 100% remote.
Duties:
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal web applications using .NET Core or Python, React/JS, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Support integration of data and information between internal software and hardware systems.
- Help manage and prepare data sets for internal reporting.
- Assist in creating reports and dashboards using tools such as SAP Web Intelligence and Power BI.
- Collaborate with teams within the manufacturing plant to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
- Help optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Assist in implementing basic security and data-protection practices.
- Participate in troubleshooting and debugging to resolve issues and improve performance.
- Assist in developing reports requested by users and performing data analysis as needed.
- Work with business process owners to help improve business process flows.
- Assist in developing, promoting, and implementing best practices, standards, and controls.
- Support ongoing maintenance, debugging, and feature development for custom scheduling application.
- Help maintain and support internal APIs.
- Create documentation and how-to guides for end-users.
