Seeking Entry-Level Assemblers for Plastics Manufacturing Facility to work in Shawnee, OK

Available Starting Pay rates and Schedules 

• $15.00 an hour, Working 1st Shift from 5a to 3:30p, Monday thru Thursday
• $17.00 an hour, Working 2nd Shift from 3:30p to 2a, Monday thru Thursday

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment. No prior assembly experience is required — we provide training for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions, diagrams, or supervisor direction
• Perform basic hand tool use (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, etc.)
• Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety rules and report any hazards or issues
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Assist with material handling, machine loading, or general labor tasks as needed

Assembler Qualifications

• No experience required — manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Steel or Composite safety shoes required
• High School Diploma or GED with steady work history
