Position: Grinding Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Grinding Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate grinding equipment to produce high-quality parts with smooth, precise finishes. Key Responsibilities

• Operate grinding wheels to finish parts to required specifications
• Assist Level B Grinding Operators as needed
• Meet established quality, productivity, and safety standards
• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and smooth finishes
• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and best practices at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Basic math skills required (measurements, counts, etc.)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
