Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for fabricating high-quality weldments by working directly from engineering blueprints while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has strong welding fundamentals, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering blueprints and layouts to fabricate accurate weldments.
• Fabricate components using raw materials, including carbon and stainless steel.
• Perform welds that meet quality requirements and maintain precise dimensional tolerances.
• Participate in quality inspections to ensure weld integrity and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with the Lead Welder and Production Supervisor to suggest improvements to tooling, equipment, and manufacturing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques; sheet metal experience is a strong plus.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling materials and tools safely.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and best practices.
