Job Opening: Production Operator/Machinist

Resource MFG is looking for Machinists/CNC Machine Operators – 1st & 2nd Shift in the Chardon Area

Pay: $17–$30 per hour (based on experience)

Shift Availability

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC turning, milling, and multi-axis mill-turn machines to produce high-quality precision components while meeting safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, including turning, milling, and multi-axis mill-turn equipment, to produce precision components
• Perform minor tool offsets and load materials as required
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining or process-related issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained machine area
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating CNC turning and/or milling equipment preferred
• Ability to make basic tool offsets and material changes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions and specifications
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to work assigned shift
