• Pay Rate: $24.75 per hour

Position Summary:

The MIG Welder will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling metal components while meeting production schedules and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies
• Set up and operate welding machines and related equipment
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety guidelines
• Measure, cut, assemble, grind, smooth, and finish welds
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
• Troubleshoot welding or fabrication issues
• Meet production goals and maintain documentation
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Work collaboratively in a team environment
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of MIG welding experience preferred
• Air arc cutting experience preferred
• Prior mining industry welding experience a plus
• Lead or team lead experience helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail and safety-focused work ethic
