ResourceMFG is hiring Production Associates for a full-time opportunity in Beach City. The long-term goal is for you to move to 3rd shift, so candidates must be open to working both 1st and 3rd.

Job duties:

• Train on 1st shift until transition to 3rd is available
• Follow all safety and operational procedures
• Use hand tools and perform hands-on tasks
• Keep workspace clean and organized
• Document production and quality checks accurately
• Work with your team to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Stable and consistent work history
• Willingness to work 1st shift during initial training period
• Long-term availability for 3rd shift schedule
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, bend, and reach
