Job Summary

The Production Associate is responsible for supporting daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating machinery, handling materials, and performing general production tasks while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards during overnight hours.

Essential Job Functions

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently • Feed materials into machines according to production requirements • Build and organize pallets for finished products • Change ink as needed during production runs • Cut paper according to job specifications • Perform general production and facility support duties as assigned • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment • Dependable attendance and punctuality • Willingness to perform physical labor

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time • Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as required • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and reach • Ability to use hands and fingers to handle materials, tools, and equipment • Ability to work a 12-hour shift

Dress Code / Safety Requirements

• Pants required (jeans or work pants such as Dickies) • Sleeved shirt required (no tank tops or spaghetti straps) • Steel-toe shoes required
