Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Facility Maintenance/Forklift

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support facility cleanliness and organization in a warehouse environment. This position is responsible for maintaining clean work areas to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the shift.

Schedule

• Rotating Schedule
• 8PM-8AM
• Overtime available based on business needs

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep shipping areas, docks, rack areas, paper warehouse, and main back aisle regularly
• Vacuum designated areas as required
• Empty trash and cardboard throughout the facility
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on the cardboard baler
• Follow all safety rules and company guidelines while operating equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Perform additional housekeeping or warehouse support tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dependable with strong attendance and reliability
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Ability to operate a sit-down forklift in a safe manner
