Job Opening: Production Associate

Now Hiring! Manufacturing Production Associates to support daily production operations.

This role is responsible for assembling, inspecting, packaging, and/or operating machinery while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule: All shifts available

?Pay: $11- $13.50 per hour

Production Associate Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures
• Assemble, package, and label products accurately
• Perform quality checks and report defects or issues
• Meet daily production and efficiency goals
• Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production deadlines

Production Associate Requirements:

• Prior manufacturing or production experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to [25–50 lbs] as required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime if needed
• Use of PPE (personal protective equipment) as required
