Description
- Greeting & Service: Welcoming guests, presenting menus, and answering questions about food/beverage preparation.
- Order Management: Taking accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations, and entering them into the POS system.
- Delivery: Serving food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Table Maintenance: Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables throughout the shift.
- Requirements: Strong communication, multitasking skills, and ability to stand/walk for long periods
- Food Prep & Cooking: Preparing ingredients (cutting, chopping) and cooking menu items to recipe specifications.
- Quality Control: Ensuring food is prepared efficiently, maintains quality, and is plated properly.
- Sanitation & Safety: Following strict food safety guidelines, cleaning work stations, and sanitizing tools.
- Teamwork: Supporting other team members, communicating with front-of-house staff for efficiency.
