Job Summary
We are seeking reliable Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in the Sharon Center, OH area. This role involves hands-on mechanical or electronic assembly, use of basic hand tools, and working in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates who are detail-oriented and comfortable following work instructions will be a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical or light industrial assembly of parts and components
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices as needed
- Follow written instructions, diagrams, and production specifications
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Support team goals by meeting daily production targets
Qualifications
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a production environment
