ResourceMFG is hiring for Chemical Operator Trainee positions!

Location: Lafayette, IN

Shift Available:

1. Regular Night Shift: 12-hr 5:45pm-6:00am, 3 days on 3 days off

Pay starts: $18.50-$19.38, potential for raises at 90 and 180 days

Tiers            Days       Night         

Tier I:           $18.50     $19.38        

Tier II:          $19.25     $20.16     

Tier III:         $20.00     $20.95    

Work Environment: Safety first, Quality over Quantity

Job summary: The position begins in Industrial Housekeeping. Overtime, you will gain knowledge and new skills to transition into an Operator role through tier movement. It’s a great opportunity of career advancement!

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Attention to details

Valid Driver's License with driving privileges

Strong trouble shooting and some mechanical aptitude are helpful

Able to lift up to 45 pounds from floor to waist without assistance on a routine basis
